   If somewhere's a computer then close somewhere thre must be some
   monitor.  See: you very likely must be reading this document from
   some monitor.  Look around!  There are monitors everywhere, small and
   large, with various connection types.  And I see mostly LCD monitors
   on VGA connections.

   VGA LCD monitors digitize an input signal into a raster of the size
   of the determined size of the input signal.
